Jay Seid's responsibilities include due diligence, structuring, documenting, closing financings, acquisitions, portfolio company strategic agreements, dispositions and supervising outside counsel. Prior to joining the firm in December 1992, Jay was President and General Counsel of Judicate, Inc., a publicly traded nationwide provider of alternative dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration) services. Previously he was an attorney specializing in corporate law at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen in Philadelphia. Jay graduated with a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from Rutgers University and he received a J.D., with honors, from New York University School of Law.
