Paul Bachow is the founder of Bachow & Associates. He
has nearly 20 years experience in identifying, analyzing, structuring,
negotiating, and acquiring and financing acquisitions. Paul directs analysis
and deal flow generation for B&A. He serves on the board of several
portfolio companies and is involved in their strategic, operating and
planning decisions. Before forming Bachow & Associates, Paul founded and
was president of CMS Investment Resources, Inc., a Philadelphia based
syndicator. Prior to that he practiced corporate, securities and tax law
with Meltzer & Schriffin in Philadelphia. Paul has received a Master's
degree in Tax Law from New York University,
a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and a
B.A. in Accounting and Finance from American University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
