Valerie Grant is responsible for the payroll administration and related human resources issues for Bachow & Associates portfolio companies. Valerie's duties also include weekly operational reporting and performing various financial account analyses. Before joining B&A in September 1994, Valerie served as an Accountant responsible for the preparation of financial statements, in addition to overseeing inventory control and accounts payable at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to the University of Pennsylvania, she was employed by Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. in a variety of positions, primarily as Accounting Supervisor and Staff Accountant. Prior to her tenure with Comcast Cable Communications, Inc., Ms. Grant spent several years with Mobil Oil Corporation, mostly in financial capacities responsible for the preparation of financial statements and account analysis. Valerie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern College.
